Growth intelligence for clubs · 2026

Other tools tell clubs what happened. Arenamark tells them what to do next.

Growth intelligence for clubs, built on a market-leading combination of deep marketing expertise, large datasets and evidence from competitor clubs — across organic content, paid media and commercial performance. Every recommendation is tracked: what was suggested, what was implemented, what happened. The system learns from what clubs like yours actually do.

The problem

Clubs invest heavily in content, campaigns and digital commerce — yet decide what to do next on instinct and platform dashboards. A marketing team cannot easily answer: what actually grows our audience rather than merely entertaining it; what comparable clubs out-perform us on, and why; which activity is associated with commercial outcomes; and whether last month's decisions worked. The tools generate more data. They do not generate better decisions — and no independent reference point connects a club's decisions to evidence from clubs like it.

How Arenamark works

One system, joined in stages. Each stage stands on its own; together they build a club's evidence base for what to do next.

Start — weekly

Arenamark Weekly

Your week ahead as a planned, fully briefed content calendar — prioritised by objective, built from evidence from your own history and five rivals you select. The routine rhythm automated, the priority creative moments flagged, a weekly rival snapshot and a monthly public-performance benchmark. Public data only: no account access, no integration.

Connect

Connected Membership

Connect read-only social and analytics access to see what public data cannot: true reach, audience growth and tracked outcomes — benchmarked against anonymised, genuinely comparable clubs. Every recommendation enters your decision ledger: evidence, confidence, adoption, measured outcome.

Expand

Commercial intelligence

For commercially mature members: paid-media and creative intelligence, budget allocation, website and conversion performance, ecommerce, ticketing and hospitality analysis — the same evidence discipline, applied to the revenue lines clubs already invest in.

Example — one slot of a full week's calendar
Objective: ticketing demand. Theme: reframe Thursday's season-ticket push as a milestone story, not a promotion. Format: single milestone graphic leading with the number, followed by a 15s supporter-testimonial cut from existing footage. Platform & timing: Instagram feed Thursday 18:00; stories countdown Friday against the renewal deadline. Production effort: low — no new shoot. Evidence: your last four direct sales-framed ticket posts averaged 0.6× your engagement median — your audience is skipping the ad. Across your rival set, milestone-framed ticketing posts ("45,000 sold — waitlist open") out-engage direct sales framing ~2.5×, and testimonial-led ticketing video draws several times more views than likes: demand content travels as storytelling, not as advertising. Confidence: medium-high (public engagement basis; conversion is not observable from public data and is not claimed).

See it working

The demonstration environment shows the connected benchmark view for a representative club — paid media, on-site performance, organic social and revenue attribution, benchmarked against an anonymised peer pool. Illustrative data only; no real club data is shown.

The demo reflects the connected membership experience. Arenamark Weekly, the public-data entry product, is currently in beta.

Design Partner Programme — now forming

A benchmark cannot be bought off a shelf. It has to be built with clubs.

Arenamark is forming its first connected cohort: 6–10 clubs from one coherent peer group joining as design partners on preferential contributing-member terms, in exchange for connected data, structured feedback and reference participation. Design partners shape the methodology before it becomes the standard — advisory input on how clubs like theirs should be measured and compared.

Evidence standards

Arenamark's credibility asset is restraint. The product is explicit about what it can see, what it can only infer, and what it cannot know.

  • Every figure carries provenance — public signal or connected metric — and its sample size.
  • Minimum sample sizes are enforced before any peer comparison is shown. Market context is never dressed up as a benchmark.
  • No causal claims. Outcomes are reported as platform-attributed, associated-with, or inferred — with a confidence level, never certainty theatre.
  • No club ever sees another club's data. Members see their own figures and anonymised, aggregated peer context only.
  • Access is read-only, granted by the club, and revocable. No partner, sponsor or investor sees member data.
  • The benchmark is independent — methodology is governed separately from anyone delivering services, Arenamark included.
